A Civil Engineering (Honours) graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Ir. Foong Choon Woh boasts over 15 years of industry experience in design consultancy across Malaysia and beyond, with an outstanding eye for highly technical and demanding precast structures. Ir. Foong is also recognised as a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), and a Professional Engineer with Practicing Cert (PEPC) by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). With an outstanding portfolio of elevated bridge and mega projects under his belt, he is adept at developing buildable, cost-effective (value) engineering design solutions and alternative designs for bridgework, and commands vast experience in the areas of supported precast beam bridges, long span balanced cantilever either precast or cast in-situ segmental box girders (SBG) bridges and steel arch bridge. In addition, he is proficient at advising and providing optimum construction engineering solutions, particularly for technically demanding construction needs.
